By downloading or using PixToPDF ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

PixToPDF is a utility app for converting images to PDF and editing PDF documents. You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the App or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Subscriptions

PixToPDF offers a weekly auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including design, code, and graphics, are owned by PixToPDF and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos, documents, and PDFs you create using the App. PixToPDF does not access, collect, or store your content. All processing occurs locally on your device.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixToPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or corruption of files.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
