Everything you need to get started, troubleshoot, or get in touch about Dribtack — the calmer, prettier way to log your workouts.
Dribtack is a premium iOS workout tracker built around a body-centric muscle heatmap. As you log workouts, the muscles you trained light up and gradually fade between sessions, giving you an at-a-glance view of which areas have been worked recently and which have gone cold. On top of that core loop, Dribtack offers an exercise library of 150+ movements, auto-generated workout templates tailored to your split and goals, smart rest timers, personal-record tracking, achievement badges, a plate calculator, and a clean Progress tab that summarises your training in plain language rather than spreadsheet-style charts.
Dribtack is designed to keep your data on your device and in your private iCloud account — there is no Dribtack account to create, no server-side database of users, and no contact details collected. Sync happens automatically across your Apple devices when you sign into iCloud.
No. Dribtack does not have its own account system. You complete a short onboarding the first time you open the App and your data is saved on your device. If you are signed into iCloud, your data also syncs to your private iCloud database so that it is preserved across your Apple devices.
The free version includes the full workout-logging flow, the exercise library, the rolling 14-day muscle heatmap, the dashboard with weekly goal ring and streak, recent workouts, the smart rest timer, and the share-card feature.
A subscription unlocks the coaching layer: personalised insights, the full Progress tab, recommended templates, the plate calculator, achievement badges, extended heatmap lookback (7-day and 30-day), and a tap-to-explore muscle detail sheet.
The Weekly and Yearly subscriptions both come with a 3-day free trial for eligible new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and your Apple ID is charged the standard rate.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not include a trial — payment is taken at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Dribtack. To cancel, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, find Dribtack, and tap Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Removing the App from your device does not cancel the subscription. You can also reach Subscription Management from inside the App via Profile → Subscription.
Sign into the same Apple ID you used to purchase, then open Dribtack and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Profile → Subscription. This re-asks Apple for your entitlement and unlocks paid features automatically. The same flow works for the Lifetime purchase.
The heatmap colours each muscle group based on three signals over a rolling window (14 days by default): how recently you trained it, how much volume you put in, and how often you trained it. Cool blue-grey muscles haven’t been worked in a while, amber and coral are warming up, and red muscles have been hit hard recently. The visual is a guide, not a prescription — it is meant to help you spot neglected areas at a glance.
Onboarding is per-device by design. It only takes a couple of minutes, and it gives Dribtack the chance to learn how that specific device should behave (preferred reminder times, units, etc.). Your workout history, body measurements and personal records still sync via iCloud, so nothing is lost — you simply re-confirm your preferences on each device.
Yes. Dribtack is a fully on-device app. You can log workouts, browse the exercise library, view your heatmap, and use every other feature without any network connection. iCloud sync resumes automatically the next time the device is online.
You can flag injuries during onboarding or later in Profile → Preferences → Body Focus & Injuries. Dribtack uses this to filter exercises out of the auto-generated templates and recommendations, and to mark flagged exercises with an amber warning in the library and detail screens.
The injury filter is informational and heuristic-based — it is not a clinical assessment and does not replace the judgement of a qualified medical professional. Always consult a doctor or physiotherapist before training around an injury.
Open Profile → Manage Data → Delete All Data and confirm. This permanently removes your sessions, logs, sets, body measurements, personal records, custom templates, custom exercises, and profile from your device. The deletion propagates as iCloud tombstones across any other Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID. Built-in exercises are automatically re-seeded on next launch.
Deleting your data does not cancel an active subscription. To cancel, see the question above on cancellation.
First, check that both devices are signed into the same Apple ID and have iCloud Drive enabled for Dribtack (iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud). Then make sure both devices have a working network connection and that you have available iCloud storage. Sync usually completes within a minute on Wi-Fi, but can be delayed on cellular or with a poor connection.
If issues persist, force-quitting Dribtack and re-opening it usually nudges CloudKit to re-sync. If you are still stuck, get in touch using the contact details below.
They are approximations. Calorie estimates are computed locally from your self-reported profile and the exercises you logged, using simplified industry formulas. Strength estimates use the Brzycki formula and are capped at 12 reps. Treat both as ballpark figures, not as clinically accurate measurements.
Dribtack does not run a server, so your workout data stays on your device and in your private iCloud database — the publisher has no access to it. The only third-party service involved is RevenueCat, which observes your in-app purchase transactions so we can see anonymised, aggregate sales analytics. RevenueCat receives no name, email or workout data. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
